These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of pk2win. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pk2win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use pk2win in any capacity. Access to pk2win is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. Use of the platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pk2win complies with all applicable laws in your location.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with pk2win. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. pk2win reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one pk2win Account only. The opening of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pk2win reserves the right to merge, close, and forfeit balances associated with duplicate accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 Jurisdiction. pk2win does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pk2win is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. pk2win accepts no liability for your use of the platform in breach of applicable local law.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pk2win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.1 Verification Requirement. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk2win requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC). Standard required documents are: (a) a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — and (b) a self-portrait photograph (selfie) clearly showing your face. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or payment method ownership, may be requested at pk2win's discretion.
3.2 Verification Timing. KYC documents should be submitted through the Verification section of your account dashboard. Standard processing time is 24–48 business hours. pk2win may extend this period in cases requiring additional review.
3.3 Withholding Pending Verification. pk2win reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for any account where KYC has not been completed or where submitted documents are insufficient. This does not constitute a freezing of funds — the balance remains yours — but it will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Ongoing Monitoring. pk2win is entitled to request updated or additional verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of any withdrawal request, where account activity raises AML (Anti-Money Laundering) considerations, or where material changes to account details are detected.
4.1 Supported Methods. pk2win currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and limits are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier. pk2win reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits to any account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier for each payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to two business days. pk2win does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. pk2win applies an "original method" policy wherever operationally feasible: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. This is a fraud prevention measure. Where the original method is unavailable, an alternative may be approved subject to additional verification.
4.5 Currency. The primary account currency on pk2win is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing rate at time of deposit. pk2win does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and conversion rates may vary.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits to your pk2win Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not belonging to the Account holder are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pk2win are subject to acceptance by the platform. pk2win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that exceed account-level stake limits, or bets placed on events where irregularities have been detected.
5.2 Odds. Odds displayed on pk2win are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is accepted and confirmed by the system — not those displayed when you first viewed the market.
5.3 Void Bets. pk2win may void a bet if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the result is overturned by the governing sporting body; pricing or market errors are identified; or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded at stake only — no winnings are paid.
5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets are final once accepted. pk2win is not responsible for latency between live event progress and the odds displayed on its platform. Bets placed based on knowledge of already-determined outcomes (courtsiding or similar) are void and constitute prohibited conduct under Clause 8.
5.5 Payout Limits. Maximum winnings per bet, per event, and per day are subject to limits that may be applied at the market, account, or platform level. Current maximum payout limits are available in the sports betting terms section of your account.
6.1 RNG Certification. All pk2win casino games using Random Number Generator technology are supplied by certified third-party providers and have been independently tested by recognised testing laboratories to confirm statistical fairness and accuracy of Return to Player (RTP) figures.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail for matters of account, financial, and conduct governance, while game-specific rules shall prevail for gameplay mechanics.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round or live dealer session, the hand or round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Wallet. pk2win is not liable for any expected or anticipated winnings that would have resulted from a completed round.
6.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). By participating in live casino games on pk2win, you also agree to be bound by the applicable terms of those studios as incorporated into the game interface.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by pk2win are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions that are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bonus Abuse. pk2win strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through coordinated strategies, hedging across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or any other method that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in voiding of the relevant bonus and winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pk2win promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, and registered device. Multiple accounts from the same household claiming the same promotion will be treated as duplicate accounts under Clause 2.2.
7.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. pk2win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at commencement.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on pk2win and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Player Protection Tools. pk2win provides all registered users with the following responsible gaming tools accessible from Account Settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools activate immediately upon request. Cool-off periods and self-exclusion cannot be reversed during their active duration.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who elect permanent self-exclusion will have their accounts closed and will be prevented from opening new accounts. pk2win will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee that re-registration via different details will be detected in all cases. Users who self-exclude take responsibility for not attempting to circumvent this restriction.
9.3 Minors. pk2win is committed to preventing access by minors. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or used pk2win, please contact support immediately. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control software where minors share access to devices used to access pk2win.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the pk2win platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data structures — is the intellectual property of pk2win or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to pk2win's intellectual property other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from pk2win without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting odds or game data from pk2win for commercial purposes is prohibited.
11.1 Platform Availability. pk2win provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond pk2win's control may cause temporary unavailability. pk2win will not be liable for losses claimed to result from platform unavailability.
11.2 Gambling Losses. pk2win accepts no liability for financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent pk2win is found liable for any matter arising from your use of the platform, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pk2win, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in violation of applicable law.
12.1 Amendments. pk2win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of pk2win following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Account Termination by User. You may close your pk2win Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending bets must be settled and any withdrawal of remaining balance must be processed in accordance with Clause 4. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation owed by you to pk2win under these Terms.
12.3 Account Termination by pk2win. pk2win may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; or any other legitimate operational reason. In such cases, withdrawable balance (excluding void bonuses and prohibited-conduct proceeds) will be returned to you following investigation.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of pk2win shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2win is registered and licensed. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict with translations.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, transaction, or any other matter, you must contact pk2win support in the first instance. pk2win will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution mechanism as specified in your account terms.
13.3 Finality of Decisions. pk2win's decisions on matters including but not limited to bet settlement, void determinations, account investigations, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to formal escalation via the dispute process described in Clause 13.2.
